Reservation/Cancellation Policy Check In: 3:00 pm or after Check Out: 11:00 am All rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to Florida sales and bed tax. Extra person charge is $15.00 A deposit of one night's room rental, plus tax, is required to guarantee your reservation, with any balance due payable upon arrival. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to receive refund of deposit, less cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this 7 day deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit if we are not able to re-book the room. No Refunds for early departure. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 bookkeeping fee per room, per night(s) reserved. Cash, Traveler's Checks, Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted.
