Reservations/Cancellation Policy
- Check In: 3:00 pm or after
- Check Out: 11:00 am
- All rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to Florida sales and bed tax.
- Extra person charge is $15.00
- A deposit of one night's room rental, plus tax, is required to guarantee your reservation, with any balance due payable upon arrival.
- Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to receive refund of deposit, less cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after this 7 day deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit if we are not able to re-book the room.
- No Refunds for early departure.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 bookkeeping fee per room, per night(s) reserved.
